This wine has a real spirit of adventure and you will get drawn in by all the complexity, the twists and turns of flavours and depth of the finish. The two young winemakers, Fréderic Porro and Stéphanie Ponson make small cuvees each year and the success, like this one, go into the repertoire for the following year. This is great for us it means we always have something new to look forward to. What we have here is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan with a healthy splash of Cabernet Sauvignon. Traditional methods are used which means hard work and constant monitoring so when you try the soft fruit and gentle tannins you should thank them for their dedication.
