Once again,  from Alain Brumont the inexhaustable man behind the growing success and reputation of the appellation with Châteaux Montus and Bouscassé.  He is an ambassador, innovator and passionate about his work.  A fabulously accessible example of what can be done with the Tannat grape.   The colour is almost black with flecks of violet.  The power of the wine is revealed by the nose, a mix of black fruits and spices.  The palate is most agreeable with fabulous soft tannins.
