The autumn was very dry so there was no rush with the harvest.  The grapes were not bullied.  Thanks to the guidance of Phillip Shaw the wine has a style that is full and concentrated with a full dark colour.  The subtle tannins and crunchy fruit means this is a perfect wine for early drinking.
