This is a high altitude region - why Rolling - simple that is what the countryside does.  The Sauvignon Blanc and the Semillon love this area with a blend of 52% of the former and 48% the latter this wine has lovely aromas of lime and Kiwi.  There is perfect balance of soft roundness and lively acidity on the palate.
