Benoît Gautier has since 1981 work the vineyards situated around the communes of Parçay-Meslay and of Rochecorbon not far from Tours which profit from the sunshine and the influences of the river Loire. He also has a network of caves in the famous tuffeau where the temperatures and pressure remain constant allowing him to create his wonderful Vouvray. 100% Chenin Blanc which thrives in the area this fizz has real charm. The colour and the aromas stimulate the senses and leads to a really satisfying mouthful of fruit flavours and freshness. A delicious aperitif.
