This family run domaine for more than 200 years has lovingly cultivated the vines. Coste-Caumartin under the guidance of Jérôme Sordet est based at Pommard where this wine was made in steel tanks with thermoregulation and then matured in oak developing the shiny yellow colour and aromatic bouquet of white fruit and a touch of vanilla. The finish is round and long a will go well with game birds.
