The domaine de l'Aujardière is the pride and joy of Eric Chevalier once a wine merchant and now a passionate winemaker using his experience selling wine and the knowledge gained studying in Burgundy. This Muscadet is a marriage of tradition and modernity. A grape variety that is unique to the region is used in the very latest methods, the resulting wine has a bright, clear, slightly green appearance, the aromas are iodine, fruity and floral which leads to a lively mouth feel. This is an excellent example of a well known wine that is often mis-understood.
