Now there is a new kid on the block, shown by the wines of Eric Chevalier at the Domaine de l'Aujardière. Situated in the appellation of Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu he makes a wine very modern in style that should attract the people who love simple easy to drink wines. This Sauvignon, pale yellow in colour with tints of green, gives aromas of citrus and blackberry leaves and has a fresh and full flavour. Keep an eye on this one.
