Made with 100% Pinot Grigio grown high up in the Aldige Valley, North West of the delightful city of Verona.  The fermentation is kept cool and any malolactic transformation - the part where any appley crispness is turned to creamy butteriness, is prevented.  What does this mean?  Well, there is a lovely aromatic bouquet and beautiful freshness to the wine with plenty of grapey flavours.  A cut above your average supermarket PG.  And John thinks the wine is great.
