A great example of how the winemaker stamps his or her identity on a wine. Here three grape varieties - Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara have been taken, fermented slowly with the lees from the fabulous Amarone and then left to mature in French and American oak. The result is a wine of medium body, full of rich complex flavours with a hint of spice. A real treat.
