This is a remarkable wine, something that will stay with you for a long time.  It is 100% Chardonnay, grown to the south of Carcassonne.  The aroma is striking with a mixture of ripe fruits and caramel; the flavours are strong with a hint of orange and they last a long time.  This is a big boy.
