As good as it gets. The rules dictate that this wine must age in oak, mostly Allier, for at least two years then enjoy another three years in the bottle before it is released to the waiting public. The nose is warm and inviting with a mix of cedar and vanilla. The colour is dark and the fruits likewise, blackcurrants and figs. A grand wine ready to be enjoyed but will last a long time if kept well.
