This wine is a real delight. It comes from the tiny commune of Saint Céols which has undergone a population explosion, there is a grand total of 32 habitants. Amongst the population, working the on the domaine, are Pierre and Christine Jacolin who are producing a fabulous Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is wonderfully fresh and aromatic, from the moment the first drops get poured into the glass to the last drop that passes the lips, this wine is exactly what a white wine should be. Full of flavour and utterly refreshing this will go well with many dishes, obviously fish but there is enough there to be drunk by itself, or as it is probably more appropriate to say, as an aperitif.
