The winery is housed in an old stable, hence the name, and is run by the first winemaker family in New Zealand, the Corbans. This chardonnay is a pungent wine and in spite of the oak the structure is light and fruity. Melon and peach flavours on a toasty finish. It will go with many dishes or just share it with god friends.
