There are great changes in temperature between day and night in this area so during the day the grapes sit in the sun happily ripening then during the night the ripening stops so you end up with a much slower development which gives the grapes to a better chance to become complex. This blend of Grenache and Syrah has plenty to grab your attention as well as doing what all good Rosés should do refresh, accompany summer dishes by adding a certain fruitiness and brighten up the days.
