This is such great value. In a world where the wine being made in Europe has to compete with mass produced, factory fodder from the New World this wine stands up there with the best I have tried. It is not expensive, tick that box, but unlike so many dull, two-dimensional efforts from California or South Australia this wine has something to keep you interested. Here there is Grenache, full of juiciness, Cinsault to freshen things up and Cabernet Sauvignon to add some depth. Character and fruitiness combined perfectly.
