This wine comes from Sangiovese grapes from young vines grown in an area of stunning beauty. The fermentation is kept cool so the wine can remain fresh. There is very little else done during the winemaking and this makes the colour bright almost shiny, the aromas lively and somewhat floral and the flavours of cherries and raspberries excite the palate. Best to be served at just below room temperature 17°C ish.
