A time to celebrate or just fancy a glass at lunchtime, this wine is beautifully fizzy, there is good depth of flavour and it is dry without being rasping. Predominantly Chardonnay there is lovely aromas of pineapple and melon and a gently toastiness. Yes you can tell the difference between this and Champagne but given the comparative prices who cares. 1883? The year the Bodega was founded.
