The vines grow on very meagre soil; sandy with lots of stones gives the fruit the minerals "the blood of the soil". This Chardonnay Gran Reserva, a golden yellow colour, green tones with intense aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, with notes of butter and vanilla resulting from ageing in French oak barrels. A lasting wine with a good structure and balanced acidity make it ideal to accompany white meat.
