Unlike certain producers in Australia and USA who compare their Pinot Noir to the classic Burgundy wines this producer is making no such claims. They possibly think it too pretentious or they feel that their wine has a style of its own. I would agree, this has a dark colour, a bouquet that immediately hits and a full body that is fruit driven. Not a wine for keeping but one that should be drunk and with a good hearty dish.
