This merlot, typically chilean, comes from vineyards in the middle of a nature reserve situated in an area already blessed with a near perfect climate and naturally protected from disease. A winemaker's paradise. The colour is reminiscent of those black cherries you get in the middle of summer, dark, dark purple. The bouquet is warm and concentrated giving strong similarities to black berries. The finish is smooth and the tannins are far from aggressive. A modern style wine that will please many people.
